Capacitation on Sleep Medicine

This course, aimed exclusively to doctors that have interest in the area of Sleep Medicine, offers the student 14 monthly modules, conducted in a single weekend per month (Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00h and Sunday, from 8:00 to 17:00h), which include theoretical activities, approaching and discussing the main clinical themes, based on evidence, besides practice activities of analysis and hands-on of polysomnogram appraisals.

Course Objectives

To prepare the professional to recognize sleep as an essential biological phenomenon for the organism’s integrity.
To capacitate the professional to diagnose and treat the different sleep disorders.
To capacitate the professional to analyze, appraise and interpret polysomnogram exams.

Observation: this course is provided only in Portuguese.
